It's really hard to love yourself if you haven't been loved by another person. The way that we learn to respect ourselves is actually through the respect of others. Group coaching fixes this, because other people are making mistakes too and we can kind of like learn from their mistakes. That's the whole basis upon which a o e healing is built.
