The Importance of Form in Pilates Lessons
I really like Pilates because I feel muscles. And so it's supposed to be good for you and other ways because you're like tuned in to where all your muscles are. It doesn't matter how much you can lift if you're doing it with the wrong form. Like you're going to hurt yourself. Well, and that's what I've always liked about Pilates. That's why like it's been really integral in my eating disorder healingBecause the metric is form. It's not calories. It's just like how well can you make your body do this? Which is a much cooler way to interact with your body and exercise for me than like how fast can I run?
