Is Twitter a Public Good?

Twitter is an important part of the way that we talk about our companies, our endeavors, our communities. I would love to build something that's funded philanthropists and like paying for what's the revenues of those of us who use it. Not enough of us collectively care enough to pay for sites instead of like free sites. And in that regard, I owe a lot of Twitter.
