And I can fully see that I see it in my clinic, but my message is always an overwhelming one - out of the darkness comes the light. We are in this amazing pivotal moment in humanity right now where what the individual is doing is hugely, hugely powerful," she says. "I urge anyone of our generation to let go of any doctrines of the 20th century and fully embrace the 21st"
