How Effective Is It in Having a Green Roof?

Towering buildings are a problem for wild life. Green roofs can be used to create an eco system, but it's not the same on every block. A tall building is lower than where iam sitting at canary wharf. Terrestrial beasts can't get up there. We're using a term that cannot be roof level - ground base ecological systems.
