Tim maverick is an emerging artist from Sydney. His work uses local oral history as its source material. The audioscript is then performed to an audience by actors wearing headphones who reproduce what they hear with absolute precision, like an orchestra following a score. He was first introduced to the idea of headphone verbatum performance by british director mark wing davy at the london actors centre in two thousand and one.
