ADHD and Other Symptoms

There is a rare condition called pandas, which comes from typically a strep infection in early life. It can be other kinds of infections that occasionally will trigger ticks and OCD behaviors. Smoking in pregnancy is a major correlate of ADHD, but probably not causal. Sleep problems are surprisingly common among children with ADHD.
