"I disagree all things considered, but that's why I would put disagree and not strongly. If the only way to ensure the overall well-being and happiness of the people is through the use of political oppression for a short limited period, then political oppression should be used," he says. "If you asked me to design a world in which people would be utilitarian, like I might actually say like we should we ought to feel this sense of obligation to help others."
