The Role of Red Flag Laws in Gun Sales
I believe that red flag laws have this potential to create these extraneous points of interaction between police and black communities, other minority or marginalized communities. When less than 200 ERPOs are filed in a year, it's not being abused. I think they can only work if you trust the state and the police and the FBI to do their jobs.
