The Garden, the Cross Passage
I was influenced by this house, because we made the garden the same time we got the house. The idea of a cross passage was very much of my sor of visual vernacular. And thirdly, my life had been pretty disastrous and chaotic at that time. So making the garden was was a both conscious and subconscious act of rebuilding my life. I don't regret anything we've done atuly. It was a garden. I made it, im, you know, im making, i've made other gardens since, and they're different. But i am perfectly happy ism.
