Personal Development Self Help: Don't Be So Much of a Perfectionist
The approach to perfectionism currently in the personal development self help is something along the lines of just don't be so much of a perfectionist. The subtext of that is just be less of this thing about you that you actually experience as a pretty central identity marker, right? So it doesn't make sense to take an eradication approach where you kind of try to get rid of that part of you. An integration approach to anything really, but especially to perfectionism is so much smarter and better.
