George Slough is a legendary alpinist who has put up new roots all over the world. He's been climbing 60 years at this point and I'm still climbing. Michael Kennedy was a great alpinist in the US who mostly climbed in the 70s until early 2000s. But maybe more importantly, he also ran Climbing magazine for almost 20 years.
