The secret is the idea that we all have stuff that we don't want other people to necessarily know about, but will influence the way that we look at the world and the workplace. So I asked Bonnie to explain a bit more about what she meant by this idea of secrets. She said: "In my experience, and I would challenge you and whoever, we all have secrets inside us"
