Local Regenerative Food Systems - What Are the Challenges?
The idea with regenerative local food systems is eventually the idea I think is that it will replace the industrial global food system model which is destroying the planet. The biggest hang up that I see right now for farmers is labor, there's just not the labor available and that's whenever I say labor I'm talking on people that are working on maybe a bigger scale than a smaller small like community garden situation. If things ever got really weird it would come down to how are we going to accomplish the work that needs to be done because if fuel and all that is not as readily available we're going to have to go towards people power again you know more.
