There are discussions about giving senior managers very large packages in order to leave the company, says Agi Cantrell. Alphabet already indicated that these layers could cost up to $2.3 billion globally. While those costs are felt in Q1 this year in the US, that's not the case with places like France and Germany where these negotiations are.
