Is There a Resurrection in the Old Testament?

"I looked and tendons and flesh appeared on them and skin covered them. But there was no breath in them," Ezekiel says. "So I prophesied as he commanded me and to breath enter them, they came to life." This prophecy clearly aligns with what's happening in Matthew 27, right? The language is breath, but God is willing to even give that breath of life back into what is dead.
