The Hybrid Warfare Document

The intellectual class is just bereft of any virtue. They're all basically there to destroy the existing structure, imploed from within. And this document is actually saying, we're going to have to work with weaponized academia. This results in what they call the militarization of brain science. So it's not dum nut just going after so called communists.
