The Relationship Between a Contractor Versus an Employee

I think contractors are good when they do one particular thing over and over and over again. I want jonathan to like, bring to the table his expertise about audio. But at same time, i also need someone who can just like hunkher down and get the work done. It's not that i don't need um team members who, like, don't think for themselves. That actually is a really great point. And, you know, i think, i think it's good.
