How to Plan for Two Days Straight in a Distraction Free Zone

Set a timer. Pick your time and then stick to it. Parkinson's Law, if you've heard of it, states that work expands to fill the time allotted for its completion. If you give yourself 45 minutes to plan your next ELA unit, it'll take you 45 minutes. And if you give yourself three hours to plan that unit, you can easily fill that three hours worth of time.
