You have to practice being in highly competitive, highly charged moments and making good choices. There are some things that you can't simulate, but you've got to do as good a job as possible at simulating what you can. I ask people to imagine all kinds of things that could go wrong in the Olympic trials. And this is part of your overall mental preparation. It's like when you watch people, maybe it's an athlete or something, how are they prepared for that? That's a one in a million thing. We have to make sure that our practice are rehearsal. Our training is very realistic.
