The Ring Cycle in Dark Souls 3
Dark Souls is almost like a generic fantasy D&D like skin on this idea and world kind of building story, whereas Elden Ring is an explicitly like Anglo Saxon Celtic pagan kind of thing going. The amount of detail in just the the runes that appear when you anytime you do magic has been staggering. And the songs like the boss themes are all in Latin at least most of them from what I understand and they actually are like singing real Latin lyrics about this boss Like in Dark Eater Midier is like it's it's all about him falling from grace and being consumed by the abyss. You could beat souls one in a day in one session if you wanted to.
