What Are the Leaders Getting Wrong in the Enterprise?
Zones are highly appealing, for some reason, to the enterprise types. Their something that's so attractive to them because they like putting things in boxes and quadrant and quadrants. But what they miss is a very symbiotic relationship between these things. It's not a carving upof our organization. And i think it's one of the mistakes that the org chart gets so ossified in these large enterprisesthat you're battling the org chart.
