How to Refer Patients to a Lifestyle Intervention

The CDC has encouraged the training of lay persons to deliver diabetes prevention interventions. These lay persons known as lifestyle coaches are then licensed and registered to deliver these services across the country typically in ways, away from clinical centers or hospitals or in the community. And several such people have been trained across the country. physicians who are interested in referring people with prediabetes that they've recognized to join some of these programs can actually learn about programs near them by checking the CDC website.
