When I'm Tired I Rest I Don't Have to Be a Superwoman

I've found recently if I just lay down and close my eyes and tell myself whether I nap or not I'm gonna have my eyes closed for 15 to 20 minutes I almost always will fall asleep. My husband helps remember to hydrate so it's like giving me water um but I drank a glass like I drink a full glass of water and I immediately stopped yawning. How dehydration affects your brain cells it literally shrinks your brain cells and it makes you more tired so hydrate like start with hydrating all right well everybody  “What is it we always push past the fatigue with something that stimulates?” she asks.
