Is That Ted Bundy?
Bundy in 1980 was sentenced to death by electrocution for a third time. This is the one that stuck and this is where the famous photo of him screaming in court comes from. And he did not put away his, uh, his jail break ways in 1984 guards found two hacksaw blades hidden in his cell. A steel bar in one of its windows have been sawed completely through at the top and bottom and glue back in place with a homemade soap based adhesive.
