Gilead paid $11 billion to buy the suboscopy or intellectual property that was already in phase two trials from another company, in this case, pharmacist. The pharmaceutical industry can maintain a market where they have pretty unfettered pricing power,. That will then allow them to generate large valuations on intellectual property. And so part of this is by actually making sure that legislation that would potentially create more pressure on actually having to negotiate drug prices and other kinds of policy moves that might threaten pricing power are kind of curbed or that they don't come about.
