Some of these bike share systems, I would argue that like a bike share system would work in San Francisco. Whereas when you get to some of these other, you know, like you get to a second tier or third tier city in the US, it starts getting hard to see that model necessarily. You have to think about it as something that needs a subsidy probably to get it off the ground in terms of equipment. And then it's going to need an ongoing subsidy, much like transit does, right? Every transit ride taken has some amount of subsidy by design because we believe every car ride is worth its time.
