Crucifixion in the Amphitheatre

An advertisement for a set of games has been found at pompeii. It advertises an event that's going take place at cuma, on the other side of the bay of naples. There will be 20 gladiatorial pears and their substitutes to fight with wild beasts. But there will also cruciari individuals to be crucified. So we seem to have a clear indication of how these individuals are actually going to be executed. Now, how it was actually carried out, i think it's a good question.
