The Importance of Networking
If you're a 21-year-old who wants to go into the white world, what advice would you give? Well, I think the simplest thing is maybe to break those down. So first and foremost, ask for help. Find someone close to you that might know someone else and just use the network effect. Don't mess about with anyone else. Email the CEO, phone the CEO, tell them your story. Attitude is learned and attitude can grow. Skills are easy to acquire. It just takes time. And it's really clear of how you have been able to offer something different or better than other people. No one owes you anything. Or don't be scared to ask
