Is There a Deficiency in Velocity?

The more walls that I show this team, the better their accuracy is going to be at sizing up the wall. If you are using some type of equation where you say story point equals a certain amount of time, that's just really poor estimation practices. As long as there's not a deficiency in this skill set, there's no reason why other people shouldn't be included.
