The Soil, Organic Matter and the Biology
The soil has a balance between organic matter and the biology. When it reaches its limit, or as it's putting a bunch of that biology in, we get more life. The slake test is where you take a chunk of your soil and put it in water to see how it holds together. And for days afterwards, our soil still sat in the water, not having shed any somolecules at all. That piece of concrete from the neighbor, put that in the water andcompletely turned to silt.
