A book you should read is The Year of Reading Dangerously by Andy Miller. He set out on a course of action to, he was busy, of course, and didn't have time. You just have to decide that you're going to read, say, 50 lines a day. And just be strict with yourself and read a certain amount every day. Just sit down and do it. It's a habit more than anything.
