Is There a Model for Contemporary Churches?

Is there a sense where leaders, in the last era, the model was just trying to get everyone in an in a room. So you're going to try and please people? What i think is really happening is jesuss sorting out the church. And either you'regoing to be a sheep who leave the sheep pen and follow him, john ten because you hear his voice,. or you were banking on other people hearing his voice - those people will be left in the pen. The world does not want to see here any more what we have to say. Most people can take people in, but don't like people to leave. It's touching on their inadequacies and their self definition
