The Importance of Personal Validation

A lot of the book is about this transition from being a person who is like really into the kind of internet culture and the hacker culture. And then coming to these kind of like creeping realizations that it's all just bullshit, you know. The book was an attempt to figure out how I personally keep the terms of that and how I built up this narrative in the first place.
