How to Collect Data to Create a Digital Twin

How do you collect that data to create the digital twin? I mean, that seems like an enormous project in itself. So a huge amount of the information is actually in the ERP system. Your SAP or your Oracle already, they're passing messages back and forth about financial transactions and POs. And so those are all pieces of information we can use to create a picture of the supply chain.
