It's never going to be just one thing and we've said this about every topic we've talked about in the last 150 podcasts we've done is it's always a combination of things. You need to have a good relationship with yourself about how you're coping and not be over motivated so you're going to ignore any signs that that things aren't going so well. The more calibrated you are with yourself the better decisions you can make on your own training week. We want to help people get an idea of how to structure a training week well but also how to make sure they're not making mistakes and potentially overtraining when in pursuit of getting best training week possible.
