The American National Security Policy Document Is for Public Consumption It's All About Deception

The Americans have called India and ally in their national security policy document. I get the feeling that many of the other geopolitical experts seem to be very happy about this so I'm not it doesn't excite me at all because any document that is released in public is only for public consumption it does not reflect what that nation actually seeks and intends to do It's all about deception so if they have mentioned India seven eight times or whatever why are you all getting so happy about it? These are actions not words the American vassal states like South Korea and Japan are also calling India and allies.
