Japan's ministry of defence unveiled plans for both a new long range crew's missile and a high velocity bellistic missile, presumably to be able to strike targets in china and russia. They're transforming their helicopter carriers into fullon aircraft carriers. And they've recently announced plans to develop a future generation fightr with the british government. Everything points to japan seriously ramping upad it's make of military capabilities.
