Are We Going to Have to Make Lots of Decisions?

At the moment, a driver is often forced an ethical decision to make. But very oftenest just purely about safetyso so youd say that if i set down and programmed one of these agoritms to run on a car, a which is autonomous en con run itself, i might have some morals that i have to make a decision on when i'm programming that car. I mean, we always talk about having no real decision on ethics and morals, really. And philosophers are trained in thinking about those things. That doesn't mean to say necessarily that they are the ultimate authorities on them, but smart philosopherscan help us think through those sorts of decisions.
