The Importance of a PEO in a Growing Organization

I think particularly now that a lot of companies are remote first culture, it's becoming even more and more necessary. From a compliance standpoint as well, you really need some type of resource that can assist if you're hiring employees in all these different states. Using a PEO solves a lot of those problems. We personally use JustWorks. Sequoia is also one that we've investigated because they have a solution where you can kind of navigate onto their more long-term, large-scale solution.
