Are People on Board With Facebook a Company?

Leadership is the art of getting someone else to do something you want done because he or she wants to do it. I so for us, purpose is superimportant. facebook is a mission driven company. We hire people. So i would back up and say we cannot think about purpose on a couple levels. The most powerful intersection for people to think about is at the team level. Because that's really where company and individual come together. And in an ideal world, those are all quite connected.
