Women in Tech and the Pandemic
Research shows that diverse people in your organisation are more productive. We definitely need more women getting involved and being a part of designing our future because it's only going to be designed from a male perspective. What I haven't realised until I've done the research and asked around is that for tech jobs in particular there's a huge amount of mentoring that takes place. Many more men are mentored than females so how do we make sure that women are mentored too? The work that we're recently doing and getting more people back into STEM is going to be absolutely critical.
