The Importance of Sleep

Sleep is not a mathematical equation. There's so much variability in it. People who sleep well, generally, don't worry about the odd bad night. So we can't know when sleep's really perfectly every night and feels great unless you have a perfect lifestyle. You just have to sort of trust the process that keep these foundations in place. Don't spend excessive amounts of time in bed wide awake. If you're lying about ruminating, feeling miserable or stressed, then leave the room. And there's still things that you can do during those hard times to protect your sleep but don't expect too much from it.
