I'm definitely extroverted and I hate public speaking. Not always. Like this partner is very introverted and he loves public speaking. It's a weird you have to watch how that kind of is it's the idea of connected with people right so the same thing with. personal like mentoring that is also right right there's some people that just want to do their work they want to leave. And that's perfectly fine but over time then you also hit a ceiling on where you can professionally develop in terms of your value Right.
