Spencer: So there are, we're calling them disciplines. Those are things like worldly wisdom, physics, chemistry and then there are ideas that fall into each of those disciplines. There's a kind of community they can join with what work with others to kind of go deeper on these? Spencer: We get people together who are thoughtful, kind, caring and kind of have this multidisciplinary street within them to get together.
