The Germans Are Getting the Lion's Share of Supplies, and We've Got to Be Together on This

Germans are getting the lion's share of supplies, which means Italian forces are under equipped anywhere and dependent on Germany for their supplies. They can put up a fight, but they can't put up much of a fight because there isn't this unity of purpose at the top. The only thing they want to do is placate the Germans for as long as possible so they can get the hell out of Rome and get to somewhere safe. But Bidoio and Barozio don't have any intention of doing this whatsoever.
