i spent a lot of money repairing broken heels, or just pulling my heel out of the little crevice between the cobblestones or bricks. The former ceo of pepsico got rid of those cobblestone pathways and replaced them with a smooth heel friendly pavement. It's one thing to tell women and other under represented groups that they're valued in your work place but it's another thing altogether, to show them how much their experiences matter. i'm a dupaccanola.
