Lonnie: I wouldn't be shocked to see a few other folks take advantage of the tailwinds, especially if you're a long-term holder of the asset. Lenders are willingly refi with maturities even not on the table today because there's some opportunity to buy down or pay off at a discount. Bed Bath and Beyond auctioned off 100 plus leases this morning; they won 44 of them. Lonnie: The big winner was Burlington B&B which is basically a green shoot that got bids for these locations. What's your take? People want these locations and they're not going to sit in dark for very long.
