The Turkish Government's Policy Response to Turkey's Debt Crisis
The Turkish authorities are working in three different camps. The first one is trying to deal with this issue of assumptions, which can affect the willingness of foreign lenders to roll over that debt. That's one area of work that they are doing. The other area of work is, is the central bank going to be raising rates to get ahead of the curve? And there's where we are not seeing so much advance yet.
