And they did some fascinating work looking at the different components, or dimensions of cohesion. They e found very little to no effect in change and cohesion. So that really got me thinking and delving into some of the organizational psychology whort wit desmcuren. That's why we looked at team work. Especially in delving, delving into that business psychology literatureis as a set of behaviour. What are the things that actually teams do?
